As a Site Superintendent, you'll be the on-site leader responsible for day-to-day field operations. From coordinating crews to ensuring timelines are met, you'll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and the project team to ensure seamless execution. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes ownership, solves problems proactively, and communicates with confidence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all on-site construction activities from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections to keep jobs on schedule
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, budgets, and timelines
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure job site cleanliness and compliance
• Conduct daily walkthroughs, create punch lists, and proactively resolve issues
• Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients, inspectors, and team members
• Collaborate with project managers and office staff on scheduling, materials, and change orders
• Perform hands-on repair work as needed to keep production moving
• Track daily progress and maintain accurate project documentation

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of residential construction experience, including supervisory or lead carpenter roles
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades on active job sites
• Strong understanding of remodeling and residential building systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Effective communicator with clients, teams, and vendors
• Tech-savvy enough to use project management or field software (training provided)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
• Russian/English bilingual preferred, but not required

What We Offer:

• Full time position
• Competitive salary at $70,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience
