As a Carpenter, you'll work independently and as part of a collaborative crew to execute detailed remodels and home additions across the greater Seattle area. You'll manage day-to-day work onsite, coordinate subcontractors, uphold project timelines, and maintain the high-quality results our clients expect. This is an opportunity to take ownership of your craft and be part of a team that values professionalism, creativity, and a job well done.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform 40 hours/week of hands-on carpentry work at residential sites
• Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly tasks to meet project deadlines
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors and vendors on-site
• Read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
• Perform construction layout, framing, foundations, waterproofing, and finish carpentry
• Install cabinets, casework, doors, windows, and various interior finishes
• Ensure site cleanliness, safety, and organization at all times
• Maintain, care for, and inventory company-issued tools and job-site materials
• Accurately track time, receipts, and job progress for billing and estimating
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and project managers

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience required
• Skilled in a broad range of carpentry and construction trades, from structural framing to interior finishes
• Able to read construction drawings and execute projects independently
• Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
• Personal hand tools are typical of a journeyman/journeywoman carpenter
• Russian-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply (not required)

• Full time position
• Competitive salary at $34 to $50 per year, based on experience
