As a Laborer at Emerald City Construction, you'll be a key player on-site, assisting skilled tradespeople and learning the ropes of high-end residential construction. You'll help ensure job sites are clean, materials are ready, and tasks are completed on time and to standard. This is a great opportunity for someone who is serious about growing a long-term career in the trades.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters and other crew members with daily tasks
• Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Help with demolition, site prep, material handling, and basic installations
• Operate power tools and basic machinery under supervision
• Take direction and complete assigned tasks efficiently
• Report to the Lead Carpenter or Site Supervisor daily
• Maintain punctuality and professionalism on all job sites

Qualifications

• 1 or more years of residential construction or general labor experience preferred
• Must be reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn
• Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied weather conditions
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Bilingual in Russian and English is a plus, but not required

• Competitive salary at $22 to $30 per year, based on experience
