Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from planning through final walkthrough
• Coordinate with designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure timely, high-quality execution
• Interpret blueprints, construction documents, and design specifications with accuracy
• Create and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Provide hands-on leadership in the field while maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards
• Track milestones, resolve on-site issues, and proactively manage project risks
• Foster long-term relationships with clients and vendors built on trust and transparency
• Use technology and project management tools to streamline workflows and reporting

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of experience managing residential remodeling and/or custom home projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, permitting, and code compliance
• Proficiency with project scheduling tools and reading construction documents
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience managing remodels, additions, and/or custom home builds
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines without sacrificing quality
• Clean driving record (company truck provided for this role)
• Bilingual in English and Russian is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

What We Offer:

• Full time position
• Competitive salary at $70,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience
