Emerald City Construction is looking for a Construction Project Coordinator who will directly support our Construction Managers and help deliver projects with efficiency, precision, and professionalism. Your primary mission is to allow Construction Managers to stay focused on high-level production oversight by managing project logistics, documentation, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. This is a full-time, in-person position based in Redmond with ample room for professional growth. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Attend pre-production meetings with clients, architects/designers, and trades (as needed)</li><li>Assist in preconstruction by assembling spec sheet data, timelines, and job details</li><li>Create project binders and coordinate the procurement of long lead time items</li><li>Provide bi-weekly cost-to-completion budget updates</li><li>Organize and maintain project files in Houzz and Google Drive</li><li>Assist with drafting and managing change orders</li><li>Track inventory, label products, and ensure documentation is updated</li><li>Manage job costing entries in Buildwise and Builder Bookkeep.</li><li>Support production by updating logs and coordinating client-facing schedules</li><li>Communicate with and schedule subcontractors; distribute necessary documentation</li><li>Coordinate permitting and utility needs</li><li>Procure materials following established SOPs</li><li>Schedule and collect project photography upon close-out</li><li>Finalize warranty documents and ensure clients receive the project manual</li><li>Support final billing and financial close-out of projects</li><li>Communicate clearly and respectfully with team members and clients</li><li>Exhibit leadership by providing constructive feedback and clear direction</li><li>Act as a brand ambassador for Emerald City Construction, upholding our white-glove service standards</li><li>Contribute to team culture by mentoring others and promoting operational efficiency</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>At least 2 years of experience in a construction project coordination or administrative role</li><li>Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to multitask</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs</li><li>Familiarity with software such as AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Chief Architect, BuilderTrend, and/or Stack CT preferred</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset</li><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities</li><li>Bilingual (English/Russian) is a plus</li><li>Reliable transportation to our Redmond office is required</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Full time position</li><li>Competitive salary at $22 to $40 per hour, based on experience</li><li>Bonus opportunities and a signing bonus are available</li><li>Two weeks paid time off (vacation, sick leave, holidays)</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Opportunity for growth in a supportive, close-knit team</li><li>Medical benefits are anticipated within 2 months of hire</li></ul>Ready to Apply?If you're looking for a rewarding role where your organizational skills make a visible impact, apply now and be a part of the team that's building Seattle's most beautiful homes, one detail at a time.
